Queens Institute of District Nursing silver bullion cloth cloak badge

A very scarce original circa 1940's 'Queen's Institute of District Nursing cloak badge', extra large oval black felt example displaying the 'Queen Victoria Imperial Cypher' in embroidered silver wire bullion, the reverse with black paper lining. Very good condition.. Height approx 94mm. Became the 'Queen’s Institute of District Nursing' in 1928 and the 'Queen’s Nursing Institute' in 1973.
