British Nursing Association overseas badge

A good original circa 1960's chromium plated enamel badge, depicting a 'Nurses Lamp of Knowledge' on a 'World Globe' with title surround 'BNA British Nursing Association' within laurel sprays, the reverse with maker's details 'F&S' (Fattorini & Sons). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 28mm.
