National Union of Railwaymen NUR recruitment tin button badge.

A good original circa 1937 - 1940 ' National Union of Railwaymen recruitment badge' in exceptionally condition; red, white and black lined celluloid tin button 'N.U.R' green initials on diagonal bar, inscribed to the rim 'This Badge is the Property of the N.U.R - Returnable'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting. Diameter 25mm. Some button badges were issued from 1937 to 1940 as a means of identifying members on a given day.
