Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club straw boater crossed oars hatband

A scarce original circa 1940's vintage Straw Boater Hatband believed to be from the ''Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club'; navy blue ribbed silk example, bearing crossed oars finely embroidered in yellow silk thread with the initials 'DARC' flanking the sides, fixed bow and adjusts to size. Very good condition, a little dusty. Width 51mm.
