London Transport Railway 1934 silver station foreman badge

A scarce original pre-war 'London Transport Station Foreman cap badge'; large silver roundel inlaid with yellow enamel and supported by griffin's, title bar across the centre inlaid in black; the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1934, maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and impressed with official issue number '3415'. Very good condition, retaining original two loop fittings, enamel with minor defect lines 9 o'clock position. Height 49mm.
