British Red Cross Society County of Stafford badge

A scarce original early issue 'British Red Cross Society County of Stafford gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt London' and inscribed '39566 A.M.I.Whitley'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel. Height 49mm. The British Red Cross Society County / Branch badge was Instituted in 1911 and Discontinued in 1956.
