British Red Cross Society County Antrim badge Northern Ireland

A very rare Northern Ireland example of an early period 'British Red Cross Society County Antrim gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt & Son London' and inscribed '33325 M.Belshaw'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel. Height 49mm. The British Red Cross Society County / Branch badge was Instituted in 1911 and Discontinued in 1956.
