Boy Scouts silver thanks badge 1930s integral fleur de lys pattern

A rare original 'Boy Scouts unmarked silver buttonhole badge', integral fylfot. Excellent condition, complete with original buttonhole horseshoe fitting. Contained in a period cardboard box with details to the lid 'Mappin & Webb, 2, Queen Victoria St, London E.C.' Not sure of the connection if any. Height 19mm.
