Jewish Lads Brigade brass cap badge

A scarce original pre-1974 'Jewish Lads Brigade cap badge', die-stamped brass example bearing 'JLB' initials within a closed laurel wreath, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin to reverse. Very good condition. Height 37mm. The Jewish Lads' Brigade was founded in 1895 by Albert Edward Goldsmid, their motto being 'They go from Strength to Strength'. In 1974 they amalgamated with the Jewish Girls' Brigade to become the Jewish Lads' and Girls' Brigade (JLGB).
