Kidderminster & District General Hospital 1929 silver nurses badge

A scarce 'Kidderminster & District General Hospital nurse's badge', unusual design in the form of a wide bar depicting an early medical instrument inlaid with blue enamel, with the initial 'K. & D.G.H.'; the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1929 and maker's details 'W.J.D' (William James Dingley, Birmingham). Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect. Width 50mm.
