A scarce 'Royal Hospital Richmond nurses badge', silver plate circular example with blue enamel title surround, the centre shield bearing the 'Richmond Borough Council Arms' in red, blue and green, this example suspended from a bar bearing the initial 'R.H.R', the reverse with maker's details 'Reliance Twickenham'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect, wear to the silver plating almost back to the base. Diameter 33mm. Height 49mm.
