Weston super Mare Hospital extension 1927 roll of honour badge

A very good original gilt and enamel 'Roll of Honour' badge, for the 'Weston-super-Mare Hospital Extension', bearing a 'Red Cross' above an unnamed bar and plaque stating 'For Work Done in Aid of the Sick and Suffering 1925.1926.1927', set within ornate title scrolls, inlaid with blue enamelling. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings and suspension ring, enamel perfect, gilt remains fresh. Height with ring 38mm.
