A scarce post 1953 'Royal College of Nursing' Officials trade union badge; gilt plated rectangle shape example, inlaid with blue enamel and title 'RCN Safety Representative'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, enamel perfect. Size 37 x 12mm.
