An early pre war 'Referees & Judges Association A.B.A Amateur Boxing Association badge; the circular gilded metal example with title circlet inlaid with blue enamel, the centre depicting the scales of justice symbol on white enamel ground with 'R&JA logo below. Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, gilt remains bright, no damage to the enamel, some very minor surface scratches. Diameter 29mm.
