1974 All England Jumping Course Hickstead members badge

A scarce '1974 All England Jumping Course at Hickstead membership badge', gilded brass the title inlaid with red enamel the centre depicting 'Saint George and the Dragon' with official issue number '1310' below, the reverse with maker's details 'W.O.Lewis (Badges) Ltd B'Ham.19' 'Not Transferable'. Very good condition, no damage to the enamel and complete with original cord. The All England Jumping Course at Hickstead is home of British showjumping and the Royal International Horse Show, it was founded in 1960 by the late 'Douglas Bunn'.
