WW1 Womens Royal Naval Service WRNS officers hat badge

An extremely rare original First World War period 'Women's Royal Naval Service WRNS officer's hat badge', blue cotton embroidered wreath, silvered metal fouled anchor to the center, surmounted by a red velvet King's Crown, the reverse with black waxed paper over white hessian backing. Very good condition, slight fading to the red velvet crown. Height 65mm.
