A rare original 1899 dated enamel 'Cyclists Touring Club Membership Certificate' issue to member '5274 G.H.Radford, Chichurch Gdn (unclear), Ditton Hill.' and signed by the Secretary of the time 'Ernest R Shipton'. Very good condition. Diameter 29mm.
