Boer War Sons of the Empire 1899 hallmarked silver book mark

A rare page marker, the finial depicts a uniformed soldier fully equipped, rifle at the ready standing on a plinth inscribed 'Sons of the Empire'. The front bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1899 and maker's details 'B.H.A' possibly (Barnett Henry Abrahams London). Very good condition. Length 97mm.
