A good gilt and enamel badge for the 1939 Scarborough Congress of 'The Royal Sanitary Institute Founded 1876'. The reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham', very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel. Height 42mm.
