US WWI M1917 Doughboy Helmet, Liner & Strap, Complete, 10-18

Original era manufacture. A very nice example of the standard, US made Doughboy helmet of WWI. A clean shell with original rough finish, intact original liner which is maker marked on the underside, A. J. Bates Co. Webster Mass 10-18 Complete and pliable leather chinstrap with fragments of the adjusting tag remaining. A very nice example of this 104 year old helmet.
