German WWI Old Museum Display Piece, Shoulder Strap & Watch Fob

Original era manufacture. High numbered Prussian Infantry Leutnant Shoulder Strap, 462nd Regiment, and a Telegraph Battalion 3 watch fob, both glued (the shoulder strap is loose) to an old paper museum or collector display tag which reads, 'Chevron from a German soldier uniform World War, Alice Carr' . The white backing material to the shoulder strap has a very Ersatz look to it.
