French WWI M1884 Enlisted Kepi, Dark Blue Wool, Restoration Project

Original era manufacture. Dark blue wool kepi, with red wool piping. Black painted, 7 hole metal ventilator on each side. Thick black painted leather visor, with the front portion, and top disc, of black oil cloth remaining in the interior. No moth issues to report, needs some attention, but a very scarce, issue quality kepi from before WWI.
