WW2 Soviet Medal for Combat Service Medal type 2 variation 4 on a brass five sided suspension device, note the variation 4 was issued un numbered, the medal is made of Silver and Red enamel the centre reads for Combat Service with the Cyrillic's CCCP (USSR) above and below a crossed Sabre and Mosin-Nagant rifle
