Yugoslavia Order of Brotherhood and Unity with Silver Wreath

(Orden Bratstva i Jedinstva sa Srbrnim Vencem), pinback, numbered, by Zin Kovnica Belgrade A five-pointed rayed silver star with circular silver laurel wreath imposed on the arms and with large circular central silver gilt medallion with six gilt torches with red enamel flames, with red enamel five-pointed star above, within a white enamel ring with gilt five-pointed stars; the reverse plain with hallmarks, numbered 80410 with pin back with maker's mark Zin Kovnica of Belgrade. The Order was created on 15 August 1943, to be awarded for the creation and promotion of brotherhood and unity at a time when Yugoslavia was occupied by German forces and resistance was divided by politics, nationality and other factors.
