Brodie MkII Police Helmet

A WW2 Brodie MkII Police steel helmet. Black paint inside and out with 'POLICE' to the front in white stencil. Inner rim stamped BMB (Briggs Motor Bodies), dated 1939, with G36 serial number. Wearers name and collar number - CJ Morris 1097 - stamped into rim. Black liner and crosspiece, stamped BMB 1939 and size marked 7. Part-elastcaited chinstrap
