WW1 Pair To- LIEUT.J.GARRY John Garry was commissioned in to the I.A.R.O 30-12-1915 & was attached to the 102nd King Edwards own Grenadiers. He was killed in action at Kut Mesopotamia 12-2-1917 leading his men in the attack on Dahra bend. He is buried in Amara war cemetery & was the late son of William Garry of Morven, Loanhead, Midlothian & was an old boy of Losswade High School. GVF or better & complete with basic research details that include a nice image of the recipient & a copy three page entry from The Empires Heroes.
