WW1 1914-15 Trio To- 2-LIEUT.S.A.T.TAYLOR.WORC.R Sidney Arnold Turner first landed in France in August of 1915 serving with the Worcester Regiment. He had been educated at Uppingham school & went on to be attached to the Machine Gun Corps. He was mortally wounded at Gouieacourt 3-4-1917 and sadly died og his wounds 17-4-1917. He is buried in St Sever cemetery and was 25 years of age at the time of his death. GVF or better & complete with copy images of the recipient as published in the sphere along with a lengthy obituary from the Sutton coldfield news. Plus MIC details & other basic research details & the original but fragile condolence slip for the medals
