WW1 1914-15 Trio To- 1673.PTE.M.ROBERTSON.HIGH.L.I Maxwell Robertson was born in Govan & enlisted in Glasgow. He first landed in theatre of war 2B Gallipoli / The Balkans 2-7-1915 serving with the 6th city of Glasgow territorial force battalion of the Highland Light Infantry. He was sadly killed in action just ten days after arriving on Gallipoli 12-7-1915 and having no known grave he is commemorated on the Helles Memorial.
