GVR 3rd TYPE RN LS&GC, ROYAL MARINES

GVR 3rd type RN LS&GC To- CH/23546.P.J.HOWARD.MNE.RM Percy James Howard was born in Cambridge 17-10-1910 & enlisted on to the Royal Marines in London 12-11-1918. He was awarded his LS&GC in 1935 & served with the Plymouth division for the duration of WW2. He left the service at the wars end & sadly died in 1953 whilst living in Southsea.
