WW1 Mercantile Marine pair To- ROBERT.ROWLAND The recipient was born in Kirkdale, Liverpool 10-4-1879 & served as a seaman in the Mercantile Marine during WW1. He applied for the issue of his medals in 1924 and they were issued to him at an address in Preston.
