WW1 MILITARY MEDAL & BAR & 1914-15 TRIO, 12th MANCHESTER REGIMENT FROM HYDE

GVR 1st type WW1 Military Medal & bar with the recipients 1914-15 trio To- 5627.PTE/SJT/A-WO.CL.2.J.HYDE.12/MANCH.R James Hyde first landed in France 16-7-1915 & went on to be awarded the Military Medal for services in France in the London gazette 16-11-1917 whilst serving with the 12th service battalion. This was followed by the award of the bar to the military medal in the London gazette 27-1-1918 also for service with the 12th battalion. He was discharged to the class Z army reserve 7-2-1919 & the London gazette states that he was a resident of Hyde. NEF/GVF & Complete with MIC & London gazette details.
