EVII A.G.S With Somaliland 1902-04 Clasp & QV RN LS&GC To- E.J.LILLEY.CH.STO.HMS.POMONE (AGS) & E.J.LILLEY.CH.STO.HMS.JUPITER (LS&GC) Edward James Lilley was born at Eastchurch, Kent 19-1-1865 & enlisted in to the Royal Navy in 1886. He was awarded his LS&GC in 1901 & served aboard HMS Pomone during the Somaliland campaign of 1902-04. He was discharged to a pension in 1908 & died in Kent in 1937 GVF With minor contact marks to the right of the obverse field on the AGS & to the left of the LS&GC Complete with copy service papers (310 AGS Somaliland awarded to HMS Pomone)
