WW1 1914-15 Trio & Memorial Plaque To- 835.PTE.W.COLBORNE.13-BN.A.I.F William Heron Colborne was killed in action on Gallipoli 4-5-1915 age 19. He has no known grave and as such is commemorated on the Lone Pine memorial. The CWGC state that he was the late son of William & Jessie Cassidy Colborne & was a native of Dunbar.
