WW1 1914 STAR TRIO, 1st HAMPSHIRE REGT / 2nd DEVON REGT, DIED OF WOUNDS FRANCE & FLANDERS 13-10-1918

WW1 1914 Star trio To- 6909.PTE.W.S.ROBERTSON.1/HAMPS.R Walter Scott Robertson was born in Dublin and enlisted in Southampton. He first landed in France 27-8-1914 serving with the 1st battalion of the Hampshire Regiment. He went on to transfer to the 2nd battalion of the Devonshire Regiment with service number 32245 and sadly died of wounds in France & Flanders 13-10-1918 age 32.
