WW1 1914-15 Trio To- 5-1245.PTE.H.THOMPSON.NORTH'D.FUS Henry Thompson first landed in France 20-4-1915 serving with the 1/5th battalion of the Northumberland Fusiliers .He was admitted to the 2nd general hospital 27-4-1915 due to a gun shot wound to his thigh & was returned to the UK onboard the hospital ship Oxfordshire. He was discharged 14-4-1916 age 24 and went on to claim a disability pension in 1921 whilst living at 94 Stephenson Streetm Willington Quay on Tyne. VF or better with eks to the pair. Complete with MIC details, casualty roll details & pension card details.
