WW1 1914-15 Trio To- 16374.PTE.T.WEAVER.S.STAFF.R Thomas Weaver first landed in France 25-5-1915 serving with the 2nd battalion of the South Staffordshire Regiment. He transferred to the 11th battalion of the Sherwood Foresters / Notts & Derby Regiment with service number 73028 & was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 28-4-1917 & is buried in railway dugouts burial ground (Transport Farm) he was both born & enlisted in Wolverhampton. GVF & complete with MIC details along with details from both S.D.G.W & the C.W.G.C
