WW1 PAIR & TFWM, 1/8th MIDDLESEX REGIMENT & RAF

WW1 Pair & Territorial Force War Medal To- 402589.1.AM.C.R.L.FARRAN.RAF (Pair) & 41009.PTE.C.R.L.FARRAN.MIDDX.R (TFWM) Cecil Robert Lee Farran was born in Colchester, Essex in 1886 & originally enlisted in to the 1/8th battalion of the Middlesex Regiment.He transferred to the Royal Flying Corps in August 1917 & served in France with both the RFC & the RAF prior to his eventual discharge in 1920. His RAF service records state he served with the 10th battalion of the Middlesex Regiment.Whilst the medal roll for the TFWM states he served with the 8th battalion. GVF or better & mounted on a bar as worn.With minor eks & complete with MIC & medal roll details along with copy RAF service papers.
