German Pre WWI Kriegsmarine Sailor's Dress Coat, Named

Original era manufacture. Dark blue wool, double breasted waist length coat with 3 trade badges on the left sleeve. Kriegsmarine issue markings on the interior, with what appears to be a 1909 date. Silver color buttons throughout. Very clean, no moth issues size about a 36.
