230th Battalion (Voltigeurs Canadiens-Français)/230th Forestry - Cane Top

A scarce swagger stick/cane top to the 230th Bn (renamed the 230th Forestry Bn). Formed in Hull, Quebec, the Battalion sent six drafts overseas in 1917 and was disbanded in 1918. The can top is made of copper with a copper collar badge affixed to it. Badges to this unit are scarce.
