1913 Canadian Oliver Pattern Waist Belt

A fetching Canadian Oliver Pattern waist belt. Marked Hugh Carson Ottawa 1913 and C Broad Arrow to the tab. This belt is not the field type with fitting to attach cross braces, so I am assuming it was an officer item for Garrison.
