Third Reich Dagger Hanger/Loop-RZM marked

A highly unusual hanger consisting of a single loop of brown leather folded and stitched to include a “petal” shaped leather uniform protector and a spring clip in the lower loop. Rear of the uniform protector is RZM marked and dated “1938”
