Italian WWII Steel Helmet, M33, Liner & Strap

Original era manufacture. Typical Italian M33 steel helmet with it's original liner and leather chinstrap. No size marking in the pliable liner, now showing a dark finish which matches the leather chinstrap. Two holes on the front of the helmet to mount an insignia. Dark green paint exterior mixed with a steel patina finish, this matches the interior paint as well. The right side ventilator grommet has been flattened for some reason, the remaining two are domed.
