'Swallows Nest' Musicians Shoulder Boards

Believed to be Infantry Waffebfarb Schwalbenester, possibly for a major drummer, this matched pair of boards are in excellent condition, having bright diamond pattern to the brocade and undamaged silvered aluminium hanging tresse fringe. Reverse cotton type cloth backing somewhat grubby and faded with age, and complete with 5 bright metal retaining hooks.
