Third Reich Scissors-Mercedes Benz

Now here's an unusual collectable! A set of scissors manufactured by the Mercedes Benz Company for the Wehrmacht, in the original packing envelope. Sindelfingen is a city in Baden-Württemberg in south Germany. It lies near Stuttgart at the headwaters of the Schwippe (a tributary of the river Würm), and is home to a Mercedes-Benz assembly plant. Scissors are stamped 'DBS' standing for 'Daimler Benz Sindelfingen', whilst the reverse of the packet has an open winged eagle and 'Wehrmacht 1942'
