Third Reich 'Ersatz' Style Frog

A late war frog constructed from layers of compressed paper, sewn and riveted together in an effort to supplement the swiftly dwindling stocks of leather. In exceptional condition, probably unused, having no damage to the pebbled finish,mans no signs of wear to the lug hole. A rare survivor.
