Bayonet Frog-Mounted Troops

A very nice four rivet construction frog having the cross strap which distinguishes this example as being intended for cavalry units. Very little wear overall with no loose stitching and a solidly attached stud to the cross strap. No damage or stretching to the scabbard stud hole. Leather to the rear is stamped with the manufacturers name and the date '1940' A very good example to pair with an excellent combat bayonet.
