A well made accoutrement having a green leather backing, perhaps giving it a forestry or hunting connection? Quality brown leather facing having a fold in the upper section retaining a large magnetic 'D' ring. A nickelled Spring clip is riveted and sewn to the lower area. All stitching intact.
