US WWI Army Brass Whistle and Chain, British Mfg

Original era manufacture. A well made, 3 inch brass whistle with partial chain, missing the securing hook. Still makes a good noise, very pleasing brass patina. Stamped U.S. Army. British manufacture as it is stamped ENGLAND on the top loop.
