DRK Nursing Sister Uniform Buttons on Suppliers Card Stock

What must have been a full set of buttons for a nursing uniform, being 12 large and 6 smaller, all mounted together on a suppliers advertising card. The suppliers slogan reads ' The epitome of perfected quality' , whilst on the card reverse is a sticker incorporating the Deutsches Reutes Kreuz insignia with the slogan 'The Fürer has called forth your sacrifice' encouraging workers to join the DRK for war work.
