Moosburg an der Isar is a town in the Landkreis Freising of Bavaria, Germany. The oldest town between Regensburg and Italy, it lies on the river Isar at an altitude of 421 m. Attached is a red and white ribbon with wording which may indicate the item was related with a commemoration of the dead. Needle sharp barley twist pin soldered to the reverse. Nice thing.
